Who we are

Boost is operated by Myley Education Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15348274). Our registered office is Health Foundry, Canterbury House, 1 Royal Street, London SE1 7LL.

Myley Education Limited is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. This policy covers our website, www.boostcare.org. How we handle data inside the Boost platform for our customers is set out in our customer agreements.

Information we collect

When you book a demo, we collect your name, work email address, care organisation, the number of care homes you operate, the product you’re interested in, and your chosen appointment time.

When you email us, we collect your email address and anything you include in your message. When you apply for a role, we collect the details you send us, such as your CV and covering note.

When you visit our website, we collect technical information including your IP address, the browser you use and the pages you view.

How we use your information

We use your information to arrange and run your demo, respond to your enquiries, consider job applications, send you information about Boost where you’ve asked for it or where we’re allowed to, and improve our website.

Our lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, run demos and improve our website. Where we send marketing emails, we do so with your consent or, for business contacts, under our legitimate interests, and you can opt out at any time. Where we need to take steps before entering into a contract with you, we rely on that basis.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our booking, email, hosting and customer relationship tools, and only for the purposes set out here. Some of our team, including our software and content team, are based in South Africa. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask us to transfer it, and withdraw your consent at any time.
